Payment Methods

We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Money Orders, eChecks Through Paypal and Mail-In Checks. Customer information is considered confidential and will not be shared or distributed to any third party. All credit card information sent online is processed through our Secure Server.

How to Place an Order

You may place an order by telephone, call our toll-free number 1-800-498-7071 or send in your order. Monday - Sunday, 7am - 7pm Eastern time. Place orders online using our shopping cart. In the shopping cart you will have the option of paying with a credit card or paying through PayPal. Once you have found the merchandise you would like to purchase, click the "Order" button. This will take you to our "Shopping Cart," which will be displayed each time you add an item to your cart. You may continue to shop by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button. 

At any time you can change, add, or delete your order. Florida State residents are subject to sales tax on all orders. When you are done shopping, select payment option in the shopping cart and click "Purchase". Please provide your shipping and billing information. Click the "Continue" button. You will be transferred to our secure server for your credit card number. Once your order is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order from PayPal.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt pending credit card verification.

• Express Shipping Orders recieved Mon-Fri by 10am EST will be shipped the same day.

• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will process the following Monday unless there is a "Holiday".

Shipping and Handling Charges

We ship using the United States Postal Service for all orders unless requested otherwise.
Signature required for orders over $50.00.

Order arrival may vary depending upon customs offices within certain countries which may result in significant delays. Once Kleinert's ships an item and you recieve your tracking information, Kleinert's is unable to assist any further. We recommend that you contact your local customs office and your postal carrier

Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Order Acknowledgement Email:

When an order is processed with either your credit card or thru paypal you will recieve an email from our credit card processor (PayPal) indication that your order has gone thru the system and is en route to our manufacturing plant for shipment. Please check your SPAM folder to make sure that you recieve this email. Orders are normally shipped within 48 Hrs so you should then expect to recive an email from Kelinerts with your tracking code.

Tracking Orders:

When an order is shipped you will receive an email from Kleinert's with your United States Postal Service Tracking Code. You can track your order by going to the Order Tracking tab here in this page or you can go to http://www.usps.com and enter the tracking code. Please make sure that our email does not enter your SPAM folder. Once we have shipped the order, we are no longer responsible for delivery. The responsibility is then with the postal service. For any directions for delivery, questions or comments you should direct them to your carrier or local post office.

Customs and Import Duties:

You are responsible for assuring that the products you purchase can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Any items mailed outside the USA are potentially subject to duty and/or import taxes levied by the destination country. The Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA) can examine any item and is responsible for determining any applicable duty and taxes payable.

We ship your package Duties and Taxes unpaid. We do not collect VAT, duties nor taxes. As so we cannot predict what your charges may be. If additonal charges are incurred they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

When ordering from kleinerts.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If you require more information regarding your country's customs policies, we ask that you please contact your local customs office.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Exchanges, and returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of order date. When we recieve and inspect the items please allow up to 30 days for our refund department to apply your monies. Please note that the outbound or inbound shipping fees will not be refunded. A copy of the reciept of purchase must be enclosed with any returns or exchanges. Original labels must not be removed from clothing. Clothing cannot be returned if washed or worn. Clothing must not be soiled, stained or have holes. Any opened and partially used products are not returnable or exchangeable.

PLEASE NOTE: SWEAT SHIELD ANTIPERSPIRANT & UNDERWEAR ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

There may be additional funds required based upon the item for exchange.

For domestic orders please add funds to cover the return shipping costs ie orders under $20.00 is $5.00, orders from $20.01 to $49.99 are $6.00, orders from $50.00 to $99.99 are $7.50 and orders from $100.00 to $150.00 are $9.00.

Pack your return in the original package if possible. Packages must be prepaid; we can not accept COD deliveries. We do not refund shipping fees.
