Payment Methods
We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Money Orders, eChecks Through Paypal and Mail-In Checks. Customer information is considered confidential and will not be shared or distributed to any third party. All credit card information sent online is processed through our Secure Server.
How to Place an Order
You may place an order by telephone, call our toll-free number 1-800-498-7071 or send in your order. Monday - Sunday, 7am - 7pm Eastern time. Place orders online using our shopping cart. In the shopping cart you will have the option of paying with a credit card or paying through PayPal. Once you have found the merchandise you would like to purchase, click the "Order" button. This will take you to our "Shopping Cart," which will be displayed each time you add an item to your cart. You may continue to shop by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button.
At any time you can change, add, or delete your order. Florida State residents are subject to sales tax on all orders. When you are done shopping, select payment option in the shopping cart and click "Purchase". Please provide your shipping and billing information. Click the "Continue" button. You will be transferred to our secure server for your credit card number. Once your order is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order from PayPal.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt pending credit card verification.
- Orders with express shipping will be processed the same day or at the latest the following day.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping and Handling Charges
We ship using the United States Postal Service for all international orders. Signature required for orders unless requested otherwise.

Tracking Orders
When an order is shipped you will recieve an email with your United States Postal Service Global Priority Tracking Code. You can track your order by going to usps.com and entering this code. Please make sure that our email does not enter your SPAM folder. Once we have shipped the order, we are no longer responsible for delivery. The responsibility is then with the postal service of your country. For any directions for delivery, questions or comments you should direct them to your carrier or local post office. |
Customs and Import Duties:
- Your Order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are assesed once your package reaches your country.
- We ship your package Duties and Taxes unpaid. We do not collect VAT, duties nor taxes. As so we cannot predict what your charges may be. If additonal charges are incurred they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
- If you require more information regarding your country's customs policies, we ask that you please contact your local customs office.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges and refunds are gladly accepted within 30 days of order date. Original labels must not be removed from clothing. Clothing cannot be returned if washed or worn. Clothing must not be soiled, stained or have holes. Any opened and partially used products are not returnable or exchangeable. PLEASE NOTE: DRY DEFENSE ANTIPERSPIRANT NOT RETURNABLE. There will be additional funds required based upon the item for exchange. For domestic orders please add funds to cover the return shipping costs ie for international orders under $29.99 is $25.00, orders from $30.00 to $75.99 are $29.50, orders from $76.00 to $125.00 are $39.00, orders from $125.01 to $199.00 are $51.00 and $199.00 and over is $66.00.
